CorWellness - Leading Boomers to Zoomers: Understanding Generational Differences and the Impact of These Differences Virtual Training

A thriving work culture begins with a deep understanding of each generation’s unique values, motivations, and communication styles. This training helps correctional leaders understand how leadership style and organizational culture impact recruitment and retention, providing strategies to foster a respectful, inclusive, and healthy work environment.

This training is primarily for correctional officers and deputies; professional support staff; and contracted staff, such as nurses, doctors, and counselors who work in a correctional agency / facility.

This virtual session will be held via Zoom.Event login information will be provided once your registration is confirmed.

I understand that my likeness may nevertheless inadvertently appear in future instructional, promotion, and/or other multimedia applications for criminal justice purposes created by CorWellness or its agents, such as inclusion in a large audience scene or similar use not focusing specifically on my likeness, and agree to hold IIR and its agents harmless for any such inadvertent use.
