CorWellness - Protecting the Mind Behind the Badge: The Role of Psychological Safety in Officer Retention and Wellness Virtual Training

Corrections personnel are an agency’s top asset, and they must be safeguarded from the emotional hazards of the job. This virtual presentation emphasizes the critical importance of creating a psychologically safe environment for correctional professionals. This training aims to enhance officer retention and overall wellness by addressing mental health challenges and fostering a supportive workplace culture.

This training is primarily for correctional officers and deputies; professional support staff; and contracted staff such as nurses, doctors, and counselors who work in a correctional agency/facility.

This virtual session will be held via Zoom. Event login information will be provided once your registration is confirmed.
