Corrections personnel are an agency’s top asset, and they must be safeguarded from the emotional hazards of the job. This virtual presentation emphasizes the critical importance of creating a psychologically safe environment for correctional professionals. This training aims to enhance officer retention and overall wellness by addressing mental health challenges and fostering a supportive workplace culture.

This training is primarily for correctional officers and deputies; professional support staff; and contracted staff such as nurses, doctors, and counselors who work in a correction agency/facility.

This virtual session will be held via Zoom. Event login information will be provided once your registration is confirmed.
